Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions apply when booking with Blush & Willow Photography.
Upon booking with Blush & Willow Photography, the client agrees to the following terms.
BOOKINGS AND FEES
A 30% retainer is to be paid at the time of booking your session. This fee is non-refundable, and goes toward your full session fee.
If the booking fee is not paid within 48 hours of booking, the session may be put back up for another client. Your booking is not secured until your booking fee/deposit is paid.
Remaining 70% of your session fee is to be paid by the booked session date, in full.
Extra Images - $20 per image
Travel fee applies - Camden/Macarthur region $0
Within 50km of Camden NSW $40
Between 50-70km $60
Wooden Logo USB - $30
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
If in the event of sickness, wet or dangerous weather, natural disaster, conflicting schedule or other events out of our control, the client is able to reschedule their session to another date, permitting the photographer is available. No refunds will be given in the event that the client needs to cancel without rescheduling. No refund will be given of the retainer.
COPYRIGHT AND IMAGE RELEASE
The rights and ownership of all images, video and other media taken at your session remain the property of Blush &Willow Photography and Natalie Johnstone. An Image Release will need to be signed before your session as part of your Contract. Natalie Johnstone and Blush & Willow Photography reserve the right to publish, share, exhibit and enter any images taken into competitions.
As the client, you have the right to share & print the images taken from your session. Full credit must be given to Blush & Willow Photography when sharing any images.
Do not copy, download, use or share images by Blush & Willow Photography without crediting and tagging the business and/or website.
A Photography Contract must be signed in order to secure your session.
CONTRACT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY
Upon booking with Blush & Willow Photography, clients will be required to sign a Contract for Photography services. Failure to sign the contract will result in not being able to book your session. A signed contract and non-refundable retainer/deposit is required before your booking is complete.
DELIVERY OF IMAGES
Please note - The amount of images per session may vary. This depends on the lighting, weather, location, co-operation of clients and many more factors. Please consider the quality over quantity of your gallery.
Images will be delivered by an online gallery. A USB may be organised for an additional $30.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
All Gift Certificate sales are final & non-refundable.
Gift Certificates do not expire, they are valid until used by the recipient. They may only be used for the intended purpose, as written on the Gift Certificate. They may not be exchanged for product, images, a different session, credit or cash.
Valid Gift Certificate must be shown upon booking with Blush & Willow Photography.
